Key points

What this page establishes.

These statements define the scope of the directory and the limits of what its relationships mean.

  • Standard DoNotAge store policies and the DoNotAge 15-in-1 Routine subscription rules are separate and should not be combined.
  • The guide is designed for self-service policy answers and intentionally does not publish DoNotAge email addresses, phone numbers or direct support routes.
  • Shipping, returns, guarantees, testing and certification details are timestamped because these operational facts can change.

Last checked: October 9, 2026. This Biohack Blueprint guide summarizes current DoNotAge shipping, returns, subscription, guarantee and product-testing information from published DoNotAge policy pages and product documentation. Policies can change, so the dated source links below remain the controlling reference.

Important: standard DoNotAge store products and the DoNotAge 15-in-1 Routine use different subscription and refund rules. Do not assume a rule for one applies to the other.

DoNotAge shipping: where orders go and how long they take

DoNotAge states that it ships worldwide, with direct shipping to Mexico and Chile currently unavailable because of customs changes. EU orders are dispatched from within the EU Customs Union; its FAQ states that EU customers do not pay additional taxes or fees on those orders.

The company says orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Current product pages give the following indicative delivery windows after processing:

  • UK: within 2 working days
  • USA: 2–3 working days
  • EU: 3–4 working days
  • Rest of the world: 3–7 working days, depending on location

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Current product pages list free-shipping thresholds of more than $50 in the USA, £50 in the UK, €200 in the EU, and $300 worldwide. Treat the checkout as the final price and eligibility check because thresholds and regional terms can change.

Standard DoNotAge returns and refunds

For products sold through the standard DoNotAge store, the published returns policy currently provides a 14-day money-back guarantee.

  • Unopened products: full product-price refund under the policy.
  • Opened non-powder products: 50% of the purchase price may be refunded when at least 50% of the product remains.
  • Powder products: excluded from the partial-refund rule for opened products.
  • Shipping costs are deducted from refunds.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling.
  • DoNotAge asks customers to allow 7 working days for return processing, then a further 7–10 working days for the refund to appear.

These are the standard-store rules. The DoNotAge 15-in-1 Routine has a separate policy described below.

Standard product Subscribe & Save

Many individual DoNotAge product pages offer Subscribe & Save plans. Current product pages describe benefits such as automatic deliveries, subscription discounts, priority fulfilment and the ability to cancel from the customer account. Exact savings, quantities and shipment schedules vary by product, so check the specific product page before assuming one product’s subscription structure applies to another.

For standard subscriptions, DoNotAge’s FAQ says cancellation is handled from the account: open Subscriptions, select the relevant subscription and choose Cancel.

DoNotAge 15-in-1 Routine: subscription rules

The 15-in-1 Routine is sold under its own subscription terms. The current Routine policy states that billing occurs every four weeks and one pouch is shipped per cycle.

Routine subscription management is self-service through the customer account. Current help documentation provides three controls:

  • Pause: pause the subscription.
  • Skip: skip one subscription cycle.
  • Cancel: cancel at any time.

Cancellation stops the next charge and takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. It does not automatically refund a charge that has already been made.

15-in-1 Routine returns

Once a Routine pouch has shipped, the published policy generally does not provide a refund except for an eligible unopened pouch or a qualifying claim under the six-month NAD+ guarantee.

  • Unopened pouch: the policy allows an unopened, undamaged pouch to be returned under its 14-day terms. The buyer pays return postage, and the refund is reduced by the shipping cost DoNotAge covered, currently stated as $25 USD or the equivalent.
  • Opened pouch: cannot be refunded or returned under the Routine policy.
  • Unwanted renewal after a missed cancellation: the same unopened-pouch rule applies, followed by cancellation in the customer dashboard to stop future cycles.
  • Wrong, damaged or missing order: the policy provides a replacement process when the issue is raised within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

The six-month NAD+ money-back guarantee

The Routine policy includes a separate six-month NAD+ guarantee. This is not a general satisfaction guarantee: eligibility depends on objective NAD+ testing and continuous subscription history.

According to the current policy, a qualifying claim requires all of the following:

  • Daily use for six consecutive months.
  • A laboratory NAD+ test dated before the first Routine order.
  • A second laboratory NAD+ test after six months of daily use.
  • Seven subscription cycles paid consecutively with no gaps, pauses or cancellations.
  • Both results in the customer’s name, dated and showing the NAD+ measurement.
  • The second test dated within 14 days of the end of month six.
  • The claim made within 30 days of the second result.
  • One claim per person, applying to the first Routine subscription only.

The customer pays for the laboratory tests. The guarantee is based on the before-and-after NAD+ results, not on whether the customer subjectively feels different.

Certificates of Analysis and product testing

DoNotAge states that Certificates of Analysis and testing details are maintained per batch and displayed where applicable. It also states that products are checked through in-house testing, third-party testing and scientific use. Individual product pages provide additional product-specific quality and testing statements.

A Certificate of Analysis can help document identity, purity or potency for the batch and tests shown on that certificate. It should not be interpreted as proof that a supplement produces a particular health outcome.

Informed Sport certification for DoNotAge 15-in-1

DoNotAge 15-in-1 is currently listed as Informed Sport certified. DoNotAge’s certification page states that every production batch is screened by an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory for more than 250 substances prohibited in sport.

This certification is evidence of banned-substance screening and product-quality control. It is not an endorsement of any specific longevity or health outcome, and the certification page itself notes that no supplement can promise zero risk.

Website and order-management basics

  • If the DoNotAge website is malfunctioning, its FAQ first recommends clearing browser cookies/cache, restarting the browser and trying another browser.
  • DoNotAge says it will try to accommodate order changes, but an order cannot be changed after it has shipped.
  • For subscription changes, use the self-service options inside the relevant customer account whenever available.
