What the study showed, in plain terms

After an intra-articular HA injection, 100 patients were randomized to an oral HA-containing multi-ingredient formulation or placebo. The combination arm showed favorable trends, particularly for pain and analgesic use, but the design cannot separate oral HA from the other ingredients or the background injection.
