What the study showed, in plain terms

This four-arm study separately tested oral full-spectrum HA, topical full-spectrum HA, their combination, and double placebo. Oral active treatment improved several skin texture/firmness measures over time, while the combined oral+topical approach generally produced the broadest improvements. Results are product-specific and should not be treated as proof that every oral HA formulation behaves identically.
