What the study showed, in plain terms

A 2026 randomized trial found that the Mimio multi-ingredient formulation improved several hunger, lipid, oxidative-stress and glucose measures compared with placebo over eight weeks.

Key findings

This is credible finished-formula evidence for Mimio, not evidence that spermidine alone produced the cardiometabolic effects. Cognition did not differ significantly from placebo, and adverse-event rates were similar.

What this study can and cannot tell us

Small trial, short duration, multiple outcomes and four active ingredients. Several authors were affiliated with People Science, and Christopher H Rhodes was affiliated with Mimio Health LLC, making commercial context important.
