Before comparing products, it is worth separating supplement quality from efficacy. Our fisetin benefits evidence review explains what human studies do—and do not—show.

What is the best fisetin supplement to buy?

Our pick is DoNotAge Pure Fisetin. The current manufacturer page lists 400 mg of fisetin per capsule and an 800 mg recommended daily serving, with GMP and ISO 9001 manufacturing plus in-house and stated third-party testing. DoNotAge is a Biohack Blueprint affiliate partner, and readers can use the DoNotAge Discount Code, BB10. Product quality and dose convenience are evaluated separately from clinical efficacy: no finished-product trial has established that DoNotAge Pure Fisetin produces a longevity or senolytic benefit.

We looked at ten real, currently sold fisetin products — spanning unformulated capsules, absorption-enhanced formulations, liposomal delivery and multi-ingredient senolytic complexes. DoNotAge remains our #1 overall pick because its 400 mg unformulated capsule, clean formula, research-relevant format and current testing standards create the strongest overall fit for the evidence base we cover. For the full clinical background, see our complete clinician's guide.

What criteria actually separate a good fisetin supplement from an ordinary one?

Six things matter. Everything else is packaging.

Third-party or in-house testing, with a Certificate of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) helps verify identity, potency and relevant contaminants. DoNotAge's current product page states that Pure Fisetin is tested in-house for identity, potency and purity and also identifies third-party laboratory testing within its quality program, alongside GMP and ISO9001 manufacturing standards. Other brands use different public-documentation systems, so we compare testing architecture without assuming one website presentation automatically means a better finished product.

Dose format matching your protocol

There is no clinically validated universal fisetin dose. Human studies use materially different regimens, including fixed daily doses, lower intermittent dosing and high-dose pulses, depending on the research question [8]. For a buyer, capsule strength is therefore a convenience and label-design issue rather than evidence that a product matches a proven "senolytic protocol." Our fisetin dosage review maps the study regimens separately.

Formulation type

Unformulated fisetin is used in much of the original preclinical senolytic research and some human protocols [1]. A single small human study found that a specific hybrid-hydrogel preparation produced higher dose-adjusted parent-fisetin plasma exposure than the unformulated comparator, despite supplying less actual fisetin [2]. These results do not establish that commercial liposomal products are better absorbed. A 2025 cell study found senomorphic effects from both free and liposomal fisetin in its model, without demonstrating a universal formulation-driven switch from senolytic to senomorphic action [3]. Product-specific testing, ingredient clarity, purity and transparent sourcing are useful buying criteria; no delivery form is clinically validated as a superior longevity regimen.

Single-ingredient versus combination formulas

Some products add quercetin, spermidine, bromelain, piperine, or green tea extract alongside fisetin. Quercetin has its own senolytic research, but almost all of it pairs quercetin with the pharmaceutical dasatinib, not with fisetin — a fisetin-plus-quercetin combination has not been tested head-to-head against fisetin alone in a published human trial. That does not make a combination formula a bad choice, but it does mean any claim that combining ingredients "boosts" fisetin's effect is extrapolation from separate research threads, not a demonstrated result for the combined product.

Manufacturing standards

GMP certification should be table stakes. USP Verified and NSF Certified for Sport are stronger, rarer signals when present. None of the products in the comparison below carry either.

Ingredient transparency and purity

Fisetin's supply chain runs through several different chemical extraction and synthesis routes rather than one standardised process, and purity can vary meaningfully between suppliers as a result [4]. Look for a disclosed botanical source or synthesis route, a stated purity percentage (ideally 95%+ by HPLC), and no undisclosed "proprietary blend."

Buying fisetin in the US, UK and Canada

DoNotAge currently publishes the following shipping terms for its Pure Fisetin store. These are manufacturer-listed terms checked on 26 September 2026, not delivery guarantees; verify your basket and final shipping, taxes and customs charges before checkout.

Market Manufacturer-listed dispatch/delivery information What to verify before buying
United States Manufacturer estimates delivery in 2–3 working days; site lists free shipping over US$50. Current stock, order threshold and any applicable state tax.
United Kingdom Manufacturer estimates delivery within two working days; site lists free shipping over £50. Current UK stock, pricing in pounds and final basket total.
Canada Manufacturer's worldwide estimate is 3–7 working days; worldwide free-shipping threshold is listed as US$300. Canada-specific delivery availability, customs/taxes and product-specific Health Canada authorization (an NPN must be checked by exact product, not inferred from brand).

We did not verify current delivery times, customs, final prices or product-specific Canadian NPNs for the other nine brands in this comparison. Their purchase terms should not be assumed equivalent to DoNotAge's.

Fisetin powder versus capsules: what should buyers compare?

Bulk fisetin powder and premeasured capsules contain the same named compound when the identity and purity are genuinely verified, but they differ in convenience, dose-measurement accuracy and product traceability. Powder listings deserve particular scrutiny: check the stated amount of actual fisetin, whether a batch-matched Certificate of Analysis verifies identity and relevant contaminants, and whether the seller identifies the manufacturer. A “98%” label without a verifiable lot is not the same as a current test certificate. A capsule's milligram strength is also a label specification—not a clinically established senolytic dose. Our human-study dosage review and formulation evidence explain the difference.

Searching for Solgar fisetin? Check the manufacturer, not just the search result.

We could not verify a standalone Solgar-branded fisetin product in Solgar's official US product catalogue on 26 September 2026. Availability may differ by country or change after this review; a marketplace result for “Solgar fisetin” is not sufficient to authenticate the brand or formulation. Solaray is a different manufacturer that does list a 250 mg fisetin capsule; do not confuse the two brand names. The ten products below are included because we found identifiable official product listings for them.

Ten real fisetin supplements, compared

We looked at what is actually for sale today, not a hypothetical ideal product — the brands that turn up repeatedly in genuine reader searches and current research: Jinfiniti, Life Extension, Doctor's Best, Double Wood, Swanson, Nutricost, GenuinePurity, and ProHealth Longevity, alongside DoNotAge and Renue by Science.

Product Fisetin per serving Formulation Testing Where it wins or loses
DoNotAge Pure Fisetin 400 mg per capsule (2 capsules/day standard use) Unformulated powder in a plant-based capsule GMP and ISO 9001; in-house identity/potency/purity testing plus stated third-party lab testing Our #1 overall pick: unformulated fisetin with a straightforward evidence-matching format, high 400 mg capsule strength, clean formula and strong quality-control framework.
Jinfiniti SenoAid Senolytic Complex 170 mg fisetin per 3-capsule serving (approximately 56.7 mg per capsule), plus 1,000 mg quercetin and other ingredients Multi-ingredient senolytic complex Manufacturer states third-party tested and GMP-certified A multi-ingredient product supplying 170 mg fisetin per three-capsule serving. Do not mistake this for a 170 mg single capsule. The fisetin-plus-quercetin combination itself has not been tested head-to-head against fisetin alone — see our note above.
Life Extension Bio-Fisetin 8 mg fisetin (Hybrid-FENUMAT™ galactomannan-fibre blend) Hydrogel-encapsulated, bioavailability-enhanced Manufacturer-standard GMP; this is the exact formulation tested in the Krishnakumar human PK study [2] The only product in this comparison with published human pharmacokinetic data for its particular tested formulation. Designed as a low-dose enhanced-absorption product; its 8 mg label dose should not be compared milligram-for-milligram with unformulated products without accounting for formulation.
Doctor's Best Fisetin with Novusetin 100 mg (Novusetin®, from Rhus succedanea stem) Unformulated powder No third-party testing, CoA, or GMP claim stated on the manufacturer's own product page Widely available and inexpensive at 100 mg per capsule; the manufacturer's current page does not present the same public testing transparency as brands that publish batch results.
Double Wood Fisetin ~100 mg, standardised to ~98% purity Unformulated powder Third-party test results posted for a 2023 lot; cGMP manufacturing claimed. Request a CoA for the actual lot before purchasing. A 100 mg option with public batch-testing information and a 60-capsule bottle; useful for buyers who prioritize visible lot-level testing.
Swanson Ultra Fisetin 100 mg Unformulated powder Manufacturer states GMP-manufactured; no CoA published by default A straightforward 100 mg capsule from an established supplement brand; public testing transparency is more limited than brands that publish lot-level results.
Nutricost Fisetin 100 mg Unformulated powder Manufacturer reports an NSF-certified facility and GMP practices; a current product-batch CoA was not independently confirmed in this review A reliable, no-frills budget option from a high-volume manufacturer. Same 100 mg dose-format limitation as the other budget entries here.
GenuinePurity Liposomal Fisetin 150 mg fisetin per capsule (manufacturer-listed; verify the current bottle) Liposomal (sunflower phospholipid bilayer) Third-party CoA; USA cGMP Public third-party CoA and a liposomal delivery format. Our evidence review notes that the 2025 cell study reported senomorphic activity from both free and experimental liposomal fisetin; it does not validate human efficacy for this finished product [3].
ProHealth Longevity Fisetin Pro 125 mg (with an absorption-enhancing polyphenol and MCT oil blend) Enhanced-absorption blend Manufacturer-reported third-party batch testing and published CoA; 100-day guarantee according to its return policy Public batch testing and a manufacturer-listed 100-day guarantee are helpful quality and service details, but neither demonstrates clinical superiority. The absorption blend is proprietary, so the pharmacokinetic profile is not independently published the way Life Extension's is.
Renue by Science LIPO Fisetin 150 mg fisetin per capsule; 90 capsules per bottle on the checked manufacturer listing Marketed liposomal capsule The manufacturer publishes a batch-linked Certificate of Analysis and describes third-party testing; check the lot number and current document before ordering. An additional commercial liposomal option, but its published CoA is evidence about a tested batch, not proof of human absorption, senolytic efficacy or a clinically equivalent dose to FF-20.

DoNotAge is our #1 overall fisetin pick. Its advantage is the combination of pharmacological consistency with the unformulated research base, a practical 400 mg capsule strength, clean formulation, current quality-control standards and the reader discount available through our partnership. Some competitors emphasize different delivery systems or documentation formats, but none displaces DoNotAge on the overall balance we use for this ranking.

A closer look at each product

DoNotAge Pure Fisetin — our pick

DoNotAge's capsule contains 400 mg of unformulated fisetin, a high-strength, simple dose format using the same basic active compound studied in much of the fisetin literature. The product is manufactured to GMP and ISO 9001 standards, and the current DoNotAge page describes both in-house identity/potency/purity testing and third-party laboratory verification. It contains no unnecessary active blend, making dosing and evidence matching straightforward. DoNotAge is our affiliate partner, and readers can use code BB10 for the available discount.

Jinfiniti SenoAid Senolytic Complex

A multi-ingredient three-capsule serving supplying 170 mg of fisetin alongside 1,000 mg of quercetin, bromelain, green tea extract, and piperine. Fisetin and quercetin each have their own senolytic research base, but that research has not tested this specific combination against fisetin alone, so treat "boosts each other's effects" marketing language as a reasonable hypothesis rather than a demonstrated result. The manufacturer's three-capsule serving has not been tested as a finished product for clinical senolytic efficacy or additive benefit.

Life Extension Bio-Fisetin

An 8 mg capsule built around a galactomannan-fibre absorption blend (branded Hybrid-FENUMAT™). This is notable for a specific reason: it is the exact formulation behind the one published human pharmacokinetic study on an enhanced-absorption fisetin product [2], which found greater dose-adjusted plasma fisetin exposure than the unformulated comparator, despite supplying less actual fisetin (192 mg in the FF-20 test dose versus approximately 982 mg in the unformulated dose). Its low labeled dose is paired with a bioavailability-enhancing formulation rather than positioned as a high-milligram product.

Research funding and retail-dose caveat: the human crossover experiment was funded by Akay Natural Ingredients, developer of the patented formulation, and included authors employed by Akay and Life Extension [2]. That study delivered 192 mg actual fisetin in its FF-20 test dose. The current retail label provides 8 mg per capsule; the trial did not establish that one capsule produces the studied plasma concentrations or a health outcome. The formulation technology and label dose are separate claims.

Are Bio-Fisetin's health benefits clinically proven?

Bio-Fisetin benefits should not be confused with the absorption findings for its patented ingredient. The published crossover study tested 192 mg of fisetin in a specific FF-20 preparation against a much larger unformulated dose and measured plasma exposure, not cognitive function, senescent-cell clearance or healthy lifespan. The retail capsule supplies 8 mg of fisetin, and no published study establishes that one retail capsule reproduces the test-dose exposure or improves a clinical health outcome. For those separate questions, read the human pharmacokinetic analysis and clinical benefits review.

Doctor's Best Fisetin with Novusetin

A 100 mg unformulated capsule using Novusetin®, a standardised extract from Rhus succedanea (wax tree) stem. It is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and soy-free, with simple, minimal-filler ingredients. We checked the manufacturer's own product page directly: it makes no third-party testing, Certificate of Analysis, or GMP claim of any kind. That does not mean the product is untested, but it means there is nothing on the label or product page for a buyer to independently verify.

Source for current label and product specifications: official Doctor's Best Fisetin with Novusetin product listing. Verify the latest label, stock and batch documents before purchasing.

Double Wood Fisetin

A 100 mg capsule standardised to roughly 98% purity, cGMP-manufactured, and third-party tested for identity, potency, and contaminants including heavy metals. Sold in 60-capsule bottles, which is double the count of most 30-capsule competitors at this dose. A solid, well-verified option if you prefer a 100 mg capsule format.

Source for current label and product specifications: official Double Wood Fisetin product listing. Verify the latest label, stock and batch documents before purchasing.

Swanson Ultra Fisetin

A straightforward 100 mg vegan capsule from a long-established supplement brand, positioned as a budget entry point. Swanson states GMP manufacturing but does not publish a third-party CoA by default. A lower-cost 100 mg format, with less public batch-testing detail than some competitors.

Source for current label and product specifications: official Swanson Ultra Fisetin product listing. Verify the latest label, stock and batch documents before purchasing.

Nutricost Fisetin

Another 100 mg unformulated capsule, manufactured in a GMP-compliant, FDA-registered facility and third-party tested, non-GMO and gluten-free. Nutricost's model is high-volume, low-cost basics, and its fisetin fits that positioning — no added ingredients, no premium formulation.

GenuinePurity Liposomal Fisetin

A product marketed with a sunflower-phospholipid delivery format and high-purity fisetin, with third-party test documentation described by its manufacturer. Verify that the latest Certificate of Analysis corresponds to the batch being sold. Its liposomal label does not, by itself, establish greater human absorption or clinical superiority. The 2025 cell study involved a specific experimental liposome and found senomorphic effects from both free and encapsulated fisetin; it does not validate the mechanism or dosing of this finished product [3].

Source for current label and product specifications: official GenuinePurity Liposomal Fisetin product listing. Verify the latest label, stock and batch documents before purchasing.

ProHealth Longevity Fisetin Pro

A 125 mg capsule built around a proprietary absorption-enhancing blend with MCT oil. Third-party tested with a published Certificate of Analysis, manufactured in an FDA-registered GMP facility, and backed by a manufacturer-advertised money-back guarantee (verify the current terms before ordering). Because the absorption blend is proprietary, its pharmacokinetic profile has not been independently published the way Life Extension's has.

Source for current label and product specifications: official ProHealth Longevity Fisetin Pro product listing. Verify the latest label, stock and batch documents before purchasing.

Renue by Science LIPO Fisetin

Renue by Science's official listing specifies 150 mg of fisetin per capsule in a 90-capsule bottle and provides third-party batch-testing documentation. The batch-specific Certificate of Analysis helps buyers check product testing; it does not demonstrate that this retail liposome delivers superior human systemic exposure or a clinical senolytic benefit. Compare the exact formulation and current batch documentation rather than assuming all products labeled “liposomal” behave like the FF-20 hydrogel used in the published human pharmacokinetic experiment.

How does DoNotAge's label dose compare with human fisetin research?

DoNotAge currently recommends 800 mg/day, supplied as two 400 mg capsules. That is a manufacturer label regimen, not a universally validated clinical dose.

Human fisetin research now uses several very different exposure strategies. Published and ongoing studies include 100 mg/day continuous dosing, 200–800 mg/day continuous dosing, 500 mg pharmacokinetic doses, 2 mg/kg intermittent dosing, weight-banded 800–2,000 mg/day sarcopenia research, and multiple short high-dose protocols around 20 mg/kg/day. Schedules range from continuous daily use to one-, two- and three-day courses repeated at different intervals. [8]

So it is not useful to ask whether DoNotAge's 800 mg/day “matches the trial protocol”—there is no single human trial protocol. The better question is whether the capsule strength is practical and transparent for the way a consumer intends to use the product. A 400 mg capsule provides relatively high dose flexibility without requiring a large capsule count, but that convenience does not establish superior efficacy.

We do not recommend converting a clinical-trial schedule into a self-treatment protocol. High-dose intermittent trials use study-specific eligibility criteria, monitoring, medication exclusions and endpoints. If a clinician recommends a regimen that differs from the product label, that decision should be individualized rather than copied from a trial registry.

Is a combination formula — fisetin with quercetin or spermidine — better than fisetin alone?

Some commercial combinations contain quercetin, bromelain, green-tea extract or spermidine. Their individual laboratory mechanisms do not establish a stronger clinical effect or safer co-administration. No controlled human trial has adequately compared a finished combination with fisetin alone for senolytic or longevity outcomes. A single-ingredient formula makes product quality and dose interpretation simpler; any high-dose stack still needs independent interaction and efficacy evidence.

What does not belong in your fisetin capsule?

A short list of red flags, regardless of brand.

Undisclosed proprietary blends that don't state individual ingredient amounts. Stimulants bundled into a "senolytic energy" product — no evidence base, and added cardiovascular risk. Sweeteners in a capsule product, more common in gummies, which are best avoided at pharmacological doses. Excessive filler relative to the stated capsule size.

How we evaluated these products

Product doses, formulations and manufacturer testing claims were cross-checked against official product pages; the presence of a testing claim does not replace verification of the current batch Certificate of Analysis. Where a manufacturer's page made no testing or CoA claim at all, we said so plainly rather than assuming one exists. Prices and promotional terms change frequently and aren't tracked here; verify current details on the manufacturer's own page before ordering. This guide is physician-written and updated as product specifications, formulations and the research base change.

Further reading: human pharmacokinetic findings specific to tested formulations; what commercial liposomes have and have not demonstrated; medication and stacking uncertainties. Label accuracy and batch testing do not establish clinical longevity benefits.

What we still don't know

Whether any daily commercial regimen produces better, worse or equivalent biological effects to intermittent research regimens has not been tested head-to-head. The 2026 clinical-translation review shows that human studies use diverse doses and schedules rather than one validated protocol [8].

Whether higher fisetin exposure from an enhanced formulation produces better clinical outcomes is also unknown. The 2022 pharmacokinetic study showed a large formulation effect on plasma exposure, but exposure is not the same thing as demonstrated efficacy [2].

Whether combining fisetin with quercetin, spermidine or other compounds produces a meaningfully different clinical effect than fisetin alone remains unproven in controlled human comparisons.

Bottom line

DoNotAge Pure Fisetin is our #1 overall pick. It combines the unformulated fisetin used throughout much of the research base with a high-strength 400 mg capsule, clean formula, GMP and ISO9001 manufacturing, current in-house and third-party testing claims, and a reader discount through the DoNotAge Discount Code (BB10). Human fisetin studies use several different dosing schedules, so no retail label should be presented as the single clinically proven protocol. For the full clinical context and study dosing patterns, see our complete clinician's guide.

Frequently asked questions

Which brand of fisetin is best?

Our #1 overall pick is DoNotAge Pure Fisetin. Its 400 mg unformulated capsule closely matches the basic form used throughout much of the fisetin research base, while the clean formula, current in-house and third-party testing claims, GMP/ISO9001 manufacturing and reader discount create the strongest overall package in our comparison.

Does DoNotAge's dosing match the human trials?

DoNotAge's stated label regimen is separate from the different experimental schedules used in human fisetin studies. There is no single validated trial-derived consumer regimen. Follow the product label unless your clinician advises otherwise; do not independently reproduce high-dose investigational pulses.

Is liposomal fisetin worth the extra cost?

Human data have not shown that commercial liposomal fisetin improves clinical outcomes or absorption versus unformulated products. A 2025 cell-culture study does not establish that daily liposomal dosing is preferable for senomorphic effects or that unformulated pulses are clinically better for senolysis.

How can I verify a Certificate of Analysis is legitimate?

Look for ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation, a specific batch or lot reference, dates within the current shelf life, and disclosed testing methods. A generic CoA describing 'fisetin, 98% purity' with no batch reference provides little assurance. Legitimate CoAs from reputable manufacturers are typically available on request even when not published proactively.

Should I buy the cheapest fisetin supplement?

Not automatically. Cheaper products, like lower-strength unformulated capsules, often lack any third-party testing claim at all, which makes purity harder to verify. Value is better measured as confirmed fisetin content and dose format matched to your protocol, not price per bottle.

Is fisetin from strawberries better than other sources?

Commercially, no meaningful difference. Fisetin is a single molecule, and its biology is the same regardless of botanical source or synthesis route. What matters is the verified purity of the finished product, not which plant or process it originated from.

Is a fisetin-quercetin or fisetin-spermidine combination better than fisetin alone?

No controlled human trial has shown that a fisetin–quercetin or fisetin–spermidine formula improves outcomes over fisetin alone, or adequately established the safety of high-dose combinations. A single-ingredient product makes its ingredient list clearer, but clinical efficacy remains unproven.

How much fisetin should I take per day?

No universal clinically validated fisetin dose exists. Consumer labels and human trials use different doses and schedules, and high-dose investigational regimens should not be copied as self-treatment. Follow product-specific instructions and seek clinician advice when dosing is uncertain.
