Data Center
A first-party research corpus, clinician-led and evidence-tiered. Every claim across Biohack Blueprint is traceable to a paper on this site, with verified authorship, transparent competing interests, and plain-language interpretation of what each study can and cannot tell us.
Supplements in the corpus
Each supplement has its own evidence corpus, organised by the domains its research base addresses.
Fisetin
A flavonoid from strawberries and apples, most studied as a senolytic that clears senescent cells to slow age-related decline.
Quercetin
A prominent dietary flavonoid and foundational senolytic compound, heavily studied for its ability to reduce systemic inflammation and target cellular senescence.
SIRT6 Activator
Compounds that stimulate SIRT6 — a nuclear enzyme regulating DNA repair, senescence, and retrotransposon silencing. Evidence currently led by fucoidans from brown seaweed. Preclinical.
Calcium alpha-ketoglutarate
Calcium alpha-ketoglutarate is a Krebs cycle intermediate studied in aged mice for vascular elasticity, redox homeostasis, and bone maintenance, and in humans as a proprietary formulation against DNA methylation age. The corpus is early-stage and preclinical-dominated.
Creatine
The evidence base for creatine — one of the most extensively studied nutritional compounds — organised across musculoskeletal, molecular mechanism, and neurological research domains.
Editorial standards
Every paper page is built from verified PubMed metadata. Author names are copied character-for-character from the source, never regenerated. Each paper is assigned an evidence tier reflecting its methodological strength.
Tier 1 — multiple large human randomised controlled trials with consistent findings, or high-quality meta-analyses. Tier 2 — single well-powered human RCT, or comprehensive review synthesising human data. Tier 3 — preclinical animal studies or mechanistic in vitro work with translational relevance. Tier 4 — early mechanistic evidence, in silico work, or hypothesis-generating findings.
Papers are reviewed by our Medical Advisory Board on a domain-matched basis. Preprints are flagged explicitly. Retracted papers are removed and their citations audited across all editorial articles.
