Why DoNotAge — an editorial partnership
I have spent over nine years reviewing supplements and the last four years focused specifically on longevity. In that time I have evaluated dozens of longevity brands against the same fixed evidence framework. Very few clear all of it. DoNotAge is one of the few that does — which is why I selected them as Biohack Blueprint's sole longevity supplement partner.
This page exists to explain that partnership: what I look for in a supplement brand, what DoNotAge does that meets those criteria, and where my editorial position still diverges from their positioning. The reader code BB10 is the artifact of the partnership. The reason for the partnership is below.
What I look for in a longevity supplement partner
Before I align editorially with any brand, they have to clear four non-negotiable criteria. These are the same criteria my reviews apply to every product I assess — and the same criteria I applied when I chose a single partner from the longevity supplement market.
- Third-party batch testing with published Certificates of Analysis. Not one-off testing at launch. Every batch, tested independently, with the COA accessible to any buyer who asks for it.
- GMP and ISO 9001 manufacturing. Pharmaceutical-grade quality control, documented and auditable — not food-supplement-grade oversight with quality claims that cannot be verified.
- Published dosing rationale. Every product's dose has to be defensible against the human clinical literature. If a dose sits below the range with published efficacy, or above the range with published safety data, I say so publicly — regardless of who makes the product.
- Formulation transparency. No proprietary blends. Every ingredient and every dose disclosed on the label. Nothing hidden behind a proprietary complex name.
DoNotAge meets all four. That is a low bar to describe and a high bar to clear.
What DoNotAge is doing that I think is right
Beyond the four framework criteria, several specific things distinguish DoNotAge from the wider longevity supplement market:
- They have invested in actual human clinical trials. Their Nitralis® formulation demonstrated a greater than 200% increase in nitric oxide in human subjects. Their Routine sachet confirmed NAD⁺ elevation in humans. Most longevity supplement companies cite mouse data and hope the reader does not notice the species gap. DoNotAge closes the gap where they can.
- Research-grade purity, verified batch after batch. Their NMN tests at 99%+ pure. Their Resveratrol is 99% trans-resveratrol — the biologically active isomer. Their published COAs consistently meet or exceed label claims.

Editorial finding: The strongest single result in the literature is postmenopausal bone density at 5 g/day (König 2018, 12-month RCT with 4-year follow-up). Skin effects are modest and attenuate sharply in unfunded, high-quality trials. Weak evidence for muscle claims.

DoNotAge Pure Apigenin
Editorial finding: Plasma concentrations at 500 mg/day sit 200 to 1000 times below the in-vitro CD38 IC₅₀ — the NAD⁺ elevation claim does not translate from mouse dietary data. The reliably-observed clinical effect is benzodiazepine-receptor-mediated calming and sleep onset.

Why did you partner with DoNotAge specifically?
Because they care about the science. That reads as a soft answer but the specifics behind it are: they meet all four criteria on my evidence framework, they invest in human clinical trials rather than relying only on animal data, they publish batch-level Certificates of Analysis, and they hold research-grade purity across their catalogue. Very few longevity brands do all of that. Over nine years in the supplement industry and four years in longevity, I have watched most brands fail on at least one of the four criteria.

Does the commercial partnership affect the independence of your reviews?
No, and the reviews already published on this site are the evidence. Commercial alignment with DoNotAge does not extend to endorsing claims the published evidence does not support. That editorial independence is the reason the partnership exists in the form it does.
