What is Biohack Blueprint?
Biohack Blueprint is a clinician-led editorial site that reviews supplements. Every review is written by a named physician, reviewed by a named medical advisor, and cited to peer-reviewed primary literature. We do not sell supplements ourselves — we review them.
Who runs Biohack Blueprint?

Who reviews your articles for accuracy?
Every review is medically checked by a named member of our advisory board before publication. Dr. Amr Nassar reviews cardiometabolic, musculoskeletal and general internal medicine content. Dr. Abdulla Mostafa reviews neuroscience, cognitive and neurological content. Reviewers are matched to the subject matter of the article rather than assigned universally, and each review carries the named reviewer's byline and last-reviewed date at the foot of the page.

Are your reviews independent even though you earn a commission?
Yes. The commercial relationship is disclosed openly on every product review and again on our partnership page, and our reviews frequently push back on manufacturer claims where the evidence does not support them. Our editorial rules, described in full on the Editorial Standards page, require us to flag limitations at the same hierarchy as strengths, cite every clinical claim to a peer-reviewed source, and never disguise an affiliate link. A commission earned on a review that overstates the evidence would cost us more in reader trust than it would ever earn back.
How do you choose which products to review?
We review products used by longevity researchers and clinicians, prioritising ingredients with published human trials. We evaluate manufacturer transparency (source ingredient, dose per capsule, per-batch Certificates of Analysis, capsule composition), evidence quality, and honest dose-to-trial comparison. What sources do you cite?
Peer-reviewed primary literature, hyperlinked to PubMed or DOI in every review. Where we cite a preprint (a paper not yet peer-reviewed), we flag it explicitly in the body of the article. We do not cite influencer summaries, unnamed "studies", or manufacturer white papers as evidence for clinical claims.
Is Biohack Blueprint content medical advice?

Its catalogue focuses on single-ingredient supplements used in ageing research — NMN, resveratrol, spermidine, fisetin, quercetin, TMG, berberine, hyaluronic acid, Ca-AKG, and its proprietary SIRT6Activator among others.

Is DoNotAge a legitimate company?
Yes. DoNotAge is a registered UK company with a physical head office, a customer-facing phone line, published Certificates of Analysis on request, and independent third-party lab testing on its ingredients. It has been operating since 2019 and its ingredients have been used in published academic longevity research — most notably the 2025 fucoidan lifespan-extension studies from the Gorbunova and Seluanov laboratories at the University of Rochester, which explicitly tested DoNotAge's SIRT6Activator raw material.
What does "DoNotAge" mean?
The name expresses the company's stated mission: to extend healthy human lifespan. In their own framing, ageing is treated as a set of cellular processes that can be modified, not an inevitability to be accepted passively.
How many customers does DoNotAge have?
DoNotAge states it has over 200,000 customers worldwide, with the largest concentrations in the United States, Canada, Australia and Germany.
Why are DoNotAge's prices lower than most longevity brands?
DoNotAge's stated position is that overcharging for supplements shrinks the audience who can afford them, which conflicts with a mission built around access. Practically, they keep prices low by selling single-ingredient formulas rather than expensive proprietary blends, running lean marketing, and buying research-grade raw material in bulk.
DoNotAge product quality & safety
Are DoNotAge supplements third-party tested?
Yes. DoNotAge states that every batch of its ingredients is independently tested by third-party laboratories, with testing that includes heavy-metal screening (arsenic, mercury, lead, cadmium), microbial analysis, identity verification and potency assay. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.
How pure is DoNotAge's Pure NMN?
DoNotAge's Pure NMN is stated at 99.8% purity per batch, using branded Uthever® NMN as the raw material. Uthever is one of the more extensively researched commercial NMN sources and is manufactured to GMP and ISO 9001 standards.
Are DoNotAge products manufactured to GMP standards?
Yes. DoNotAge manufactures in facilities certified to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), which imposes strict quality control, batch traceability and process consistency requirements at every stage of production.
What is the DoNotAge Quality Guarantee?

Are DoNotAge products vegan?
Almost all of them. DoNotAge uses plant-based cellulose (HPMC) capsules across its catalogue, and its powders are free of animal-derived excipients. The exception is any product with a specifically animal-derived active ingredient (for example, hydrolysed collagen peptides are bovine-sourced by nature of the ingredient). Each product page states its vegan status clearly.
Are there any fillers in DoNotAge products?
No. DoNotAge's capsules contain the active ingredient inside a plant-based cellulose shell; the powders are the active ingredient alone. No magnesium stearate, no silicon dioxide, no artificial colours.
Are DoNotAge supplements safe to take with medication?
That depends on the specific supplement and the specific medication. Several longevity ingredients — berberine, resveratrol, quercetin, fisetin — can interact meaningfully with prescription drugs, particularly anticoagulants, statins, and medications metabolised through the CYP3A4 pathway. Are DoNotAge products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Most longevity ingredients have not been studied adequately in pregnancy or breastfeeding, and safety cannot be assumed by default. DoNotAge advises speaking to a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or when giving anything to children. We echo that position.
What is DoNotAge's Pure NMN sourced from?
Uthever® NMN, a branded NMN raw material manufactured to GMP and ISO 9001 standards. Uthever is one of the most-studied commercial NMN sources and features in several published human trials.
What is the SIRT6Activator?
SIRT6Activator is DoNotAge's proprietary fucoidan extract, sourced from the brown seaweed Fucus vesiculosus, provided at 400 mg per capsule. It is the specific raw material tested in the 2025 Biashad et al. and Robbins et al. mouse studies from the University of Rochester, which reported approximately 13% median lifespan extension in aged male mice, reduced frailty, and lowered epigenetic age. What is the DoNotAge Longevity Sachet?
A daily all-in-one powder subscription containing 15 clinically-dosed longevity ingredients in a single sachet, intended to replace multi-bottle supplement stacks. Ingredients include Pure NMN, SIRT6Activator, Pure Resveratrol and Pure Spermidine alongside eleven others. The sachet is sold as a monthly subscription.
Ordering, shipping & delivery from DoNotAge
Does DoNotAge ship worldwide?
Yes, with two current exceptions. Recent customs changes mean DoNotAge can no longer ship directly to Mexico or Chile; customers in those countries typically use a US mail-forwarding address, which many report works reliably.
Where does DoNotAge ship from?
DoNotAge ships from three regional distribution hubs: UK, USA and EU (inside the EU Customs Union). EU orders leaving the EU hub incur no customs charges or import taxes. Orders to other regions are dispatched from the nearest hub.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. DoNotAge currently offers free delivery over the following order values: $50 in the USA, £50 in the UK, €200 in the EU, and $300 worldwide.
How quickly does DoNotAge dispatch orders?
Usually within 48 hours of the order being placed. DoNotAge states that quality control takes precedence over speed on rare occasions when a batch requires extra checks, but the standard dispatch window is well within two working days.
Why did I receive extra capsules?
DoNotAge deliberately overfills bottles as a matter of policy. It gives you more product for the same price and quietly covers rare packing errors — if a bottle is one capsule short, you still have the full advertised count.
What if I have problems with the DoNotAge website?
Clear your browser cookies and cache, restart the browser, and if the problem persists try a different browser (Chrome usually resolves it).
Are there any changes to DoNotAge shipping after Brexit?

How do I cancel my DoNotAge subscription?
Log into your account at donotage.org. On the left-hand navigation, click Subscriptions. You will see every active subscription listed. Find the one you want to cancel and click Cancel. The cancellation is immediate — no further orders will be raised.
How do I make a one-time purchase instead of a subscription?
At the product page, select the one-time purchase option rather than Subscribe & Save before adding the item to your basket. DoNotAge has an instructional video on their FAQ page walking through this if you prefer to follow along visually.
Can I pause or skip a delivery without cancelling?
Yes. From the Subscriptions section of your account you can push the next delivery date forward or skip a single shipment without cancelling the subscription itself.

Do you criticise DoNotAge?
Where the evidence warrants it, yes. Our published reviews have pushed back on manufacturer claims where the trial evidence does not support them — for example, on default dose choices that diverge from published human-trial doses, and on marketing language that overstates what the evidence shows. Do you accept sponsored content or display advertising?
